2. Data we collect
Information you provide
We process content and instructions you submit, such as words, captions, descriptions, images, audio, video, schedules, audience settings, and support messages.
Connected account data
When you connect TikTok, we may receive account identifiers, display name, avatar, granted scopes, access and refresh tokens, token expiry information, creator/account capabilities, and publication status or identifiers.
Technical data
We may record timestamps, workflow/job identifiers, request status, IP or device information where produced by our infrastructure, and limited diagnostic logs needed for reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
3. How we use data
We use data to authenticate connected accounts; validate and render content; store media temporarily for delivery; submit posts at your direction; monitor publication status; prevent duplicate jobs; diagnose failures; protect the service; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use TikTok user data for unrelated advertising, profiling, sale, or data-broker activity.
4. TikTok data and permissions
TikTok access is initiated through OAuth. The requested permissions are presented by TikTok before you consent. For publishing, the service may request `video.publish` and retrieve creator information required to show valid privacy and publishing choices.
Tokens are used only to perform authorized TikTok API operations. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password. You can revoke authorization through TikTok's settings; revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove content already published to TikTok.
6. Storage and retention
Account connections and OAuth tokens are retained while the integration is active and removed or invalidated when no longer required. Rendered media, job records, and operational logs are ordinarily retained for up to days, unless a shorter period is configured, you request deletion, or a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, or law.
Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure providers operate. When required, we use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers.
7. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical controls, including restricted access, encrypted HTTPS transport, secret storage separate from public content, logging, and recovery procedures. No service can promise absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and revoke TikTok access.
To request deletion or exercise a privacy right, email from an address associated with your use of the service. Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the relevant account or job. We may verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Deletion requests generally cover stored tokens, account mappings, job data, and retained media, subject to legal or security exceptions.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their location. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. Contact us if you believe a child provided data so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy when our product or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
